You will need a valid category B driver’s license to drive our campervan. Please, check if your driving license will still be valid (and not expired) on the dates you want to book.

Our campervan drives on EURODIESEL B7 or CLASS PLUS EURODIESEL B7. We put a fuel type label above the tank in case you are not sure what fuel to put in the vehicle, so please check before refueling to avoid any possible damage and extra costs.
The vehicle has a 6-speed manual transmission.
Yes, daily mileage included in price is limited to 320 km per day. After you reach the daily limit, additional fee of EUR 0.50 per kilometer will be charged at the final settlement upon the campervan return.
Our pickup / drop off location is in Zagreb.
In some cases, we can offer you a transfer to other locations for additional fee. If you need that option, please send us an e-mail at least 10 days prior to your arrival and find out more about this option.

After you click “place order” button, your booking request is proceeded to us and shortly after you will receive an email with your booking summary and /or with a payment request (if you choose to pay via direct bank transfer). Please note that your reservation is confirmed after your payment is received. You will get a reservation confirmation in your e-mail after we receive your payment, so please check your inbox regularly.
Yes, it is possible to change your booking dates up to 45 days before your confirmed dates without an extra fee. Please note that the rental price may varies depending on available dates. In some cases, it means that you need to pay the difference up to the full price. If you change your booking dates from higher season to the lower we will charge you back the difference up to the price you paid. However, due to the possible bank transfer fees there is a chance that you will receive paid amount minus the bank transfer fee depending on the fees of the specific bank.What if I need to cancel my trip?
It is always possible to cancel your stay. Although we regret to hear that, please make sure to let us know that you won’t be able to come on confirmed dates as soon as possible so we can charge you back the biggest possible amount.
There is a several options regarding your trip cancelation:
If you cancel your trip 60 or more days before your expected arrival, we will charge you back fully amount that you paid. However, due to the possible bank transfer fees there is a chance that you will receive paid amount minus the bank transfer fee depending on the fees of the specific bank.
If you cancel your rental in period from59 to 45 days before taking over the vehicle, we retain 30% of the advance payment.
If you cancel your rental up to 30-44 days before taking over the vehicle, we keep 60% of the paid rental amount
If you cancel your rental in the period from 15 to 29 days before taking over the vehicle, we keep 80% of the paid amount.
If you cancel your rental in less than 14 days before taking over the vehicle, we retain 100% of the paid rental amount.

Yes, there is a minimum period of 4 nights stay available in the out of the box, easy and flexy season, or at least 7 nights in top season. At this moment, there is no fixed maximum period of stay, but as we want our customers to truly enjoy in unique experience, we encourage you to try more adventurous and longer stays so we create special packages with a special price for that case. You can choose within 17 days, 22 days or whole month package or if you need more, you can combine it. However, we make sure that you get the most affordable price.
We accept direct bank transfer or credit / debit card payment.
If you pay with credit/debit card, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking summary.
If you choose to pay via direct bank transfer, you will receive a payment request (valid for 3 days after you receive it).
Please note that the reservation is confirmed after we receive your payment.
Prior to your arrival we will request a scan of the driver(s) driving license and passenger(s) ID documents (it is voluntary, and we ask you for these documents in order to complete your Lease Agreement faster). If you don’t agree with this step, you can refuse and show us your documents upon your arrival. Please, check if your documents will be valid on the date of your arrival and during the whole period of your stay. Otherwise, we won’t be able to hand over to you a vehicle and return you amount that you paid.

The security deposit serves to protect companies’ property. It may be used to cover any damage on the vehicle (exterior and interior) incurred during the rental period e.g. cleaning (in case of strong dirt), vehicle key replacement, vehicle license loss or vehicle body repairs, window shields repairs, tire repair etc. However, we believe that you will treat our campervan as yours, with great care. Upon returning the vehicle undamaged, we shall return your deposit. Payment of the deposit must be made from the account of the person signing the rental agreement.My bank doesn’t allow me to make a deposit payment. What should I do?
In some cases, for the deposit payment you will need to ask your bank for an authorization. We advise you to check your deposit payment options with your bank prior to book. If you are not eligible for making deposit payment according to your bank rules, there is an option to pay with your debit card or with direct bank transfer. However, note that in case of direct bank transfer payment you will have to pay max. 10 days prior to your arrival so that we receive it on time. Otherwise, we will not be able to hand you over a campervan.
There is an option to combine the security deposit with our daily insurance option or to pay just a daily insurance. For different options, please check here. Please note that daily insurance is not refundable.
Upon returning the rented campervan undamaged, we shall return your security deposit. It usually takes up to 15 days to get your deposit back, depending on the bank’s international payment processing procedures. In any case, no later than 30 working days from the moment of the return.
We make sure that everything that you need for your perfect trip is already included in price.
For the comfortable stay we add a basic set of bed linen and towels and a set of kitchen pots, utensils and cutlery, 2 gas cartridges (for min. of 4 days stay) and 4 gas cartridges (for 7 days stays or longer), full tank of clean water, empty tank of dirty water, radio device, water hose, an electrical cable connector for AC power, the levelers for the vehicle and 350 km per day.
We care that your drive relaxed and without worries. For the safety on the road our vehicle is covered by mandatory automobile liability insurance and comprehensive vehicle insurance, passenger insurance based on basic vehicle insurance. In case of an accident on the road during the trip you are covered by 24/7 roadside assistance.
When you pick up the campervan we will make sure that you have a full fuel tank so you can start your journey immediately. As the fuel is not included in the rental price, you will be responsible to return the campervan with a full fuel tank. During your trip there is a possibility that you will have to pay some tolls or fees for vehicle transportation to the islands. Tolls and such fees are not calculated in the rental price and may vary depending on the distance you travel or the country you travel to. We advise you to plan your travel routes on time to avoid possible unexpected costs. We equip you with all you need for the quality camping. However, if you need some extras for more comfort, we prepare plenty of things that you can add immediately in booking process for affordable price like camping table and chairs, outdoor carpet, additional set of bed linen, additional set of towels, hammock, chemical toilet and more.
